Our Operations team is what keeps the Shieldpay world turning.
Built up of like-minded professionals who are our first line of defense when it comes to client safety and security, ensuring our products are doing what they do best. Ops are an efficient team of Analysts, Customer Support, and Project Managers who consistently come together as a collective to create the best possible service and experience for Shieldpay clients.
