Their primary objective is to ensure that all employees feel valued, respected, and represented.Through proactive efforts, the committee collaborates with leadership to implement policies, programs, and training that promote diversity and combat discrimination.
They actively engage in organising events, workshops, and discussions that raise awareness, celebrate different cultures, and challenge biases.
By empowering employees to take an active role in shaping the company's DEI strategies, the IDEA committee fosters a sense of ownership and collective responsibility for creating a truly diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive
